Baked Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Bake large potatoes at 450 fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until soft.

Remove from oven and cut in have lengthwise and scoop out inside.

Mash, adding the butter, salt, pepper and cream/milk. Mix well.

Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and blend.

Refill potato shells, return to oven to brown about 10 minutes at 450 fahrenheit.
