Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream White Sauce

I personally am not a fan of regular enchiladas so the white sauce ones are to die for. Here is where I got the easy peasy recipe. I of course had to make some adjustments with living overseas and not having every thing needed. So, if you also are at a shortage for variety I just used mozzarella shredded cheese instead of the colby jack mix. I also could not find the diced green chilies so I just found an enchilada mix and added that to the sour cream white sauce mix. Literally still tasted the same since I have made these at home before. mmm-mmm-mmm tasty!
