Chicken Fried Hamburgers

Ingredients:
1 pound of hamburger meat
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of fat melted(butter) or vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Shape meat into flat patties and chill.

Place milk and flour into flat dishes.

Place each patty in milk, turn over and then place in flour.

Place patties into hot skillet with melted fat, butter or oil and season.

Cook on each side until crispy, flattening patties as you go.

*Should make 4 to 6 servings.
